"I've had a very difficult time dealing with insurance companies lately. Customer service has gone out the window. I could never speak to an actual agent and get past around. It just seems like it's been a theme in the last two insurance claims I've had to deal with even though neither was I at fault. I started looking for just a better company that takes care of their clients and that have assigned agents because that's how it used to be and I think it's how it should be still. These guys were able to get me taken care of answer all my questions and help me accomplish everything that I needed to."

"Just signed up for my very own Car insurance as a not so young adult. Craig E. was a pleasure to speak and work with to get signed on. "Felicity was by far one of the best service advisor I’ve ever had. He saved me a few bucks and got me a whole lot more than what geico could offer me and made such a good offer I canceled my premium with the lizard and switched for these guys. "Got our Toyota totaled in a horrible accident 2 weeks ago. Everyone I've dealt with at this agency has been absolutely exemplary. This is the Gold Standard of how to treat customers.
