"Steer clear! This is an office of careless people. I purchased a 100k life insurance policy only to have no follow up for months, then be told it was denied, then get billed for it? They won’t give you any heads up as to any movement in underwriting, or do any type of follow up except to try to sell you more products. Yep, as an existing customer I got a sales call before I was able to get a call back about the life insurance policy I purchased. State Farm rides their entire business on life & health sales, these people are brain dead to let my purchase go by the wayside. Stay far away!! They will leave your family completely uncovered and leave your assets up in the air. This office does not hold traditional State Farm values."

"Do not use this office. They lose documents and handle claims in a misleading and unprofessional way. I was with State Farm in Illinois for over 20 years and never had these kinds of problems. Unfortunately, this office does not represent State Farm well. Once they get your business, the service and communication completely disappear. I experienced lost documents, billing errors, and rude staff. It’s been a headache dealing with them for over a year. The owner, Dru, even asked me to leave a good review — but why would I, after such poor service? This office is disorganized, chaotic, and lacks accountability. I learned my lesson: not all State Farm agents care about their clients. Avoid this office. Very bad reputation of State Farm."
