"This experience was very pleasing in the ways that I was concerned for. As someone new to managing my own insurance I want to ensure I’m well prepared with knowledge. With that in mind I have a few key points. 1. Quick to contact, and reply. 2. I worked with Joseph M. And he answered every question I had and any documents I requested. I realize this process could’ve been done in well under an hour. Joseph took the time to send resources, write up drafts, and then explain them over 3+ 30min+ phone calls answering anything I needed/wanted to know. 3. Worries with insurance companies are that they are ready to sell you the most for the least, and from my experience thus far Joseph seemed to assist me as is I were a family member of his, ensuring I am ensured for my needs exactly without any push for any particular policy, this is appreciated. 4.Always kind and considerate of my time and cares for his work, so keep it up Joseph!
