"As first time home buyers this winter, we decided to shop around and look for rates bundling homeowner’s and auto policies for me and my wife. What we discovered was that State Farm not only offered the best policies with by far the best rates, but that their customer service was immaculate as well! We obviously were extremely new and had a very limited knowledge base concerning homeowner’s insurance and bundling policies in general. Craig worked with us every step of the way, held our hands and answered questions when necessary, but wasn’t overbearing or pushy at all. He worked directly with our real estate agent, our lender, and even the roofing company of our new property to obtain and verify proof of impact resistant shingles. I cannot recommend State Farm and specifically Craig at this office enough. We look forward to working with them for a long time."

"Update: Have to drop to 4 stars after unexpectedly receiving the Drive and Safe safe driving tracking devices when, from my recollection, I thoroghly discussed this with Craig and was pretty clear I was not a fan of these devices and didn't want it. When we sat to do a final review of the policies before signing this was not covered so I had no expectation that this 10% discount was applied. When I brought it to Craig's attention, he apologized for the misunderstanding but would not eat the cost difference saying it's "not that huge of a difference." It's not the end of the world, but not a 5/5 experience. I prefer dealing with insurance agents in person. Drew's office had great reviews and was close by. Craig answered my request for info and I'm so thankful to have met and worked with him. He was extremely accommodating to meet on short notice and spent as much time as I needed to answer all of the questions I had on my auto/motorcycle/umbrella/home policies. I really made him work for it and he handled everything like a true pro and with a smile. He explained how to compare coverages and asked questions to get to know me and my needs so he could quote the best coverage at the best price. I feel really confident I have the best insurance coverage for my needs. Definitely call Craig! Thank you!"
