"I requested a quote for car insurance and got connected with Craig within 2 hours. He listened attentively and got me set up with a package that included not just car insurance, but also a small life insurance addition, ALL of which still ended up being cheaper than my All State policy. He walked me through each part of the policy, explaining what each perk meant and the benefits associated with it. When I wanted to customize my policy to better suit my needs and fit in my budget a little more, he was very receptive and took off the car rental coverage because I said I wouldn't need it. No hesitation, no hemming and hawing, just complete engagement and attunement.
After we completed the quote, I asked for the weekend to discuss it with my partner and think it over. Craig set up a call for Monday and followed up with me, then reviewed the policy again without me even having to ask. Walking me through the paperwork was quick and easy, I felt very well-informed throughout the entire process. During our conversation, Craig was very personable and engaging, asking me questions about my personal life and remembering those details even in the days since we had last spoke. I have recommended that my immediate family also work with Craig to ensure that they have a positive experience just as I did!"

"Stephanie and Joseph have been amazing throughout our entire transition. We recently moved from Colorado to Arizona, and it definitely wasn’t an easy move. We were closing on our new home while relocating, starting new jobs, adjusting to a new city, and raising our two children (ages 2½ and 21).
